Faires Plastic Surgery is located on the campus of Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital in its Professional Office Building. We are located just south of I-30. Exit Summit and turn south on Summit. Continue until Summit becomes 8th Avenue and turn left at the light onto Pennsylvania. Turn right on 6th Avenue and left on the driveway between the buildings (Pruitt). The entrance into the parking garage is on the left.

Parking:
There are two parking garages at Harris as well as a valet service. There are fees for both services. Wheelchair escorts are available at the valet section.
